1.Shipping
1.1 We are currently shipping all over India.
1.2 At Teesgraphy we know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the best condition and on time.
1.3 Hence we are tied up with authentic courier services to achieve this. Depending upon your location, the product is delivered to you in 3-5 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
1.4 We take 2 working days to process your order from the time it's been placed.
1.5 To avail of a full refund, the order has to be canceled within 24 hours.
1.6 You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
1.7 An email or SMS will be sent with a link. You can also track it from teesgraphy.com/guest-tracking
2. Refund
2.1 Every item you order at Tees Graphy is printed for you on-demand by hand. That’s what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves. But we want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order. This is why you can rely on our fair return policy.
2.2 7-day Return Guarantee Simply return your product within 7 days of receiving your order for any return or exchange needs. If it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, just let us know and we can find a solution together. We can offer you the following return options:
2.3 Exchange for a new product Exchange store credit which can be redeemed towards your next order.
2.4 Refunding the purchase price is possible as long as you didn’t personalize the product yourself.
2.5 A refund can also be in the form of Store Credit/Coupons.In case of an order with the wrong size by the customer, we may exchange the product with an additional shipping charge.
2.6 No broken or damaged goods by the customer will be refunded or exchanged.
2.7 No product is eligible for a refund on the basis of the pictorial representation on the website or on Instagram.
2.8 We however can exchange the product.We have made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible.
2.9 The product images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product.The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is canceled or lost in transit by us.Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable including any Grab Bag merchandise.
2.10 Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping
