Returns
No returns are applicable for any defect on a promotional item (free with any product). Customers can return their order within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Once we have received the product(s) and a quality check is done, the product amount will be credited back to you as reward points for the exact same amount (excluding shipping charges). Online refunds for shipping are not applicable. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For return-related queries (e.g., shipping address, warranty information), mail us at teesgraphy@gmail.com. The amount will only be refunded as a gift card for any cancelled or returned order. No claims for online refunds will be entertained.
Shipping And Tracking Policy
We ensure our customers get one of the best online shopping experiences that is hassle-free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your order reaches you in a sound state. All our orders are expected to be delivered within 10–15 working days. However, the delivery time may vary according to the shipping address.
Note:
In case you receive the products with the outer packaging tampered with, do not accept the product, or please make a note regarding the same in the POD (Proof of Delivery given by the courier boy for signing) before signing the same.
